All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site www.wigsbycc.com are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
TERMS OF SALE
Please understand by submitting an order you agree to www.wigsbycc.com, terms of conditions and company policies. All orders must have the same shipping and billing address to help eliminate any fraudulent purchases. Please note we will only ship to the billing address on file. If necessary call your bank and/or credit card company to update any information if needed prior to ordering.
At www.wigsbycc.com, we ask all customers to inspect their packages for any errors made on our part. All discrepancies must be made within 24 hours upon receipt of your package. We do not give refunds, but you will be able to exchange or receive store credit only if the wig has not been worn, the lace not cut or torn and no oil or make up stains on the lace.
The wig has to be in the exact condition you received it in. You have to mail the wig back to us and provide a tracking number within 24 hours of the original delivery of the wig. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!
Due to the personal nature of hair all sales are final. www.wigsbycc.com is also not responsible for any merchandise stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address given for shipping. We issue a tracking number for all merchandise shipped.

Once production of the wig starts no refunds will be issued. If an order is cancelled before production of the wig, there is a $100 per wig cancellation fee.
For all rush orders please note that no refunds for the rush order fee will be issued unless it is over a week late.
CUSTOM ORDER RETURN POLICY
All sales are final and there are no exchanges on custom orders that are considered too unique to re-stock. Unique custom orders are those with unusual colors or unique specifications. Unique custom orders are any orders that do not meet the following specifications: Full lace wig with stretch in the middle, free style parting, light or medium density, hair color between #1 to #6, hair length is between 12 to 20 inches, Indian Remy hair, and measurements of standard medium sizes. All sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges on custom orders where the balance is paid past the due date.

DO NOT Dye the Unit
DO NOT Attempt to correct ANY problems prior to calling us
DO NOT Style or Cut the Hair of the Unit
DO NOT Perm the Unit
DO NOT WASH OR CONDITION the Unit
DO NOT WEAR the Unit
DO NOT Destroy or lose original packaging including wig caps and wig bag
Units that are damaged by customer will not be accepted under our exchange policy.
You are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending and receiving the products
There are no exchanges on Clearance Wigs, Discontinued or Bargain Wigs
NO exchanges will be accepted without prior approval from . DO NOT send us your wig without prior written approval from , as your exchange will not be accepted.
CONTACT us within 72 hours from receipt of the order for an exchange; if out of 72 hours, your request will not be processed.
PLEASE CAREFULLY INSPECT YOUR WIG BEFORE APPLYING IT. If Wigs By CC makes a mistake with the wig, your exchange will be accepted and your wig will be replaced and shipped free of charge provided the lace wig has not been cut, worn, brushed, dyed, or has had any type of adhesive applied. The unit must be in its original condition.
Wigs By CC reserves the right to refuse exchanges if our return policy conditions are not met. Custom wigs are specifically made to fit your head size and customizations and may be difficult to resale, therefore we reserve the right to refuse exchanges on custom orders.
You are be responsible for any additional charges necessary for adjustments beyond your original request
Please note the wig color chart may vary slightly on your computer due to different monitor configurations.
RIGHT TO REFUSE A CLIENT
At Wigs by CC LLC. we reserve the right to cancel an order and/or issue a return, and pursue legal action against any customer who is deemed hostile. Hostile customers are those who initiate charge backs without valid cause (particularly after the receipt of goods), initiate returns without any documentation or notification, threaten/harass staff members in person, over the phone, and via e-mail, and those who attempt to slander and/or commits acts of libel against www.wigsbycc.com , we will take all legal steps to refuse future service to such clients.
FRAUD
If a buyer files a dispute with Wigs By CC, we will review the dispute to work toward a resolution so that the buyer does not file a chargeback. In many cases, our team's mediation expertise can resolve a dispute quickly and fairly so that both parties feel satisfied.
When a resolution cannot be reached, we ensure that we will utillize our legal team to have the best possible chance of winning a fraudulent chargeback. We retain detailed files on every transaction, including high quality images of all outgoing and incoming shipments, and maintain ALL phone and e-mail records in the rare event that it is ever needed as evidence.
All fraudulent persons will be pursued in the court of law and the police, all credit bureaus and credit issuing banks will be informed to be aware of the person believed to be fraudulent.
